Policies

 Booking Policy

•To book a trip, half of the party's total cost must be paid. 

•$200 per person of the deposit amount is a non refundable deposit. 

•The remaining balance must be reconciled before starting the trip.

*Single night trips must be within 2 hours of Hot Springs.

Inclimate Weather/Premature Stop Policy

• If a staff member cancels your trip due to hazardous conditions prior to starting the trip you will be refunded the full price of the trip excluding the $200 deposit. The $200 can be credited towards a rescheduled trip. 

• If staff or another member of the party ends the trip early, you will be refunded a prorated portion of the cost.

• If you are the one to end the trip, your individual cost will not be refunded. 

Cancellation Policy

• 91+ days prior to departure= Full refund

• 61 to 90 days =75% of deposit refunded

• 31 to 60 days = 50% of deposit refunded

• 0 to 30 days prior to departure = No refund options
